Executive Team

Name: Natalie Sylvaine

Role: Company Director and Senior Consultant

Experience: 14 years

Regions covered: Northwest and Midlands

Natalie Sylvaine is a BCBA/UKBA (Board Certified Behaviour Analyst/U.K. Behaviour Analyst), with an undergrad in Psychology, Mental and Physical Health and a masters in Behaviour Analysis and Therapy. She has training and expertise to consult on early intervention, education, PBS, VB-ABA, sleep difficulties and mental health difficulties within the non-verbal community. Natalie set up Leapfrog Therapies in the summer of 2022, when she decided that she needed to develop a company that can provide best practice and the most compassionate services to children and young people by recruiting and training a team of like minded professionals.


Name: Kyah

Role: Executive Assistant, Training Lead & Senior Therapist

Experience: 11 years

Regions covered: West Yorkshire

Kyah has a 1st class BSc and a MSc with distinction in Psychology. She has worked in ABA for 11 years as a Therapist and Lead Therapist and has recently begun specialising in PBS and therapeutic programs. Kyah says “I enjoy seeing learners become able to step into who they are through therapy. Seeing people grow and develop skills and confidence through their journey is an incredible thing. A strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my approach.”


Name: Pippa

Role: Lead Therapist and Supervisor

Experience: 13 years

Regions covered: West Yorkshire

Pippa is currently completing her supervised practice to become a BCBA (Board Certified Behaviour Analyst), has an undergrad in Psychology and a masters in ABA. She has training and expertise to Lead and Supervise early intervention, education and VB-ABA. Pippa says “I love my role as an ABA Supervisor as I love applied psychology and it's so rewarding to see children progress!”


Consultants

Name: Jaya

Role: Senior Consultant and Supervisor

Experience: 6 years

Jaya fell in love with the field of ABA when working in a clinic in Austin, Texas. She quickly realised that Behavioural Therapy brought equal levels of hard work and reward while watching her clients flourish and so she pursued her BCBA qualification. She has since relocated back to London where she continues to work with clients of varying ages and skill sets to support learners and their families achieve their greatest potentials. She is now qualified as both a BCBA and UKBA.

Jaya says “every new skill my clients learn is a milestone to be celebrated and motivates me to continue to support each individual in achieving happiness through independence and exploring their world in new ways.”'


Name: Meghan

Role: Supervisor, and Junior Consultant

Experience: Over 6 years in the field of ABA

Regions Covered: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire Buckinghamshire,

Meghan holds a degree in Applied Social Studies and a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She began her ABA career in Ireland, working for five years in a special education classroom before transitioning to early intervention. Meghan also served as a classroom manager at an ABA preschool for early intervention before relocating to the UK. Currently, she works at Leapfrog as a Lead Therapist, Supervisor, and Junior Consultant.

Meghan shares, “Working with children brings me immense joy. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness their growth, learning, and discovery of the world. Being part of their journey, helping them build skills and confidence, gives me a strong sense of purpose. The genuine enthusiasm and creativity they bring to each session make every moment exciting and meaningful.”


Name: Agnieszka

Role: Supervisor and Junior Consultant

Experience: 14 years

Regions covered: Milton Keynes & Surrounding

After graduating with a BSc in Psychology, Agnieszka pursued a career in special needs education. Her first experience of ABA was in an ABA school and she has worked in all settings since, including care. She has worked with children from 4-18 years, including learning disabilities and high level language and social skills programs. Agnieszka is currently completing her Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and has been working as as Supervisor/Consultant for the past 2 years.

Aga says “Being able to support and help so many families gives me a unique reward for doing my job. Having the opportunity to see my clients achieving their full potential, becoming more independent, and living more fulfilling lives gives me a great deal of satisfaction and achievement.”


Name: Abi 

Role: Supervisor and Junior Consultant 

Experience: 8 years  

Regions covered: West Midlands 

Abi has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, she is also a qualified teacher and holds a PGDE. Abi has 8 years experience within ABA and education, working in a variety of contexts including home, community, school and nursery settings. She has supported individuals between the ages of 2 and 22 years old focusing primarily on social skills, self-help skills, communication and academics. Abi is currently accruing her supervised fieldwork hours in order to gain the BCBA qualification. 

Abi says “I love the challenge of understanding behaviour, the creativity of crafting individualized solutions, and the reward of witnessing growth and independence. For me, this field combines science and compassion, allowing me to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and their families.”


Name: Jasmine 

Role: Junior Consultant and Supervisor

Experience: 8 years 

Regions covered: Yorkshire and surrounding.

Jasmine's passion for ABA began whilst completing her BSc degree in Psychology. She has since worked in a range of settings including school settings, homes and supported living as well as within the community. Jasmine has worked with a range of learners of variety of age groups and abilities. Jasmine has also completed her Msc in Applied Behaviour Analysis and is currently completing her supervised practice to gain the UKBA qualification. She now supervising and consults on programmes.

Jasmine says “ I pride myself on ensuring all time spent supporting others is kept fun and engaging! I’m passionate about empowering learners to develop, express themselves and move towards independence!”


Therapists

Name: Gabriella 

Role: VB-ABA Therapist

Experience: 4 years

Regions covered: Manchester & Surrounding 

Gabriella holds a degree in Psychology and has five years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a VB-ABA Therapist, Gabriella provides tailored, evidence-based interventions that foster meaningful progress for each child.

Gabriella says: “I enjoy working as a VB-ABA therapist, because it is truly rewarding to witness and be part of the growth journey of my learners. Together, we celebrate every achievement, overcome challenges, and continue to learn and grow side by side.”


Name: Fatima 

Role: Senior Therapist  

Experience: 3.5 years 

Regions covered: West Yorkshire 

Fatima has a degree in Psychology with Counselling and a certificate of higher education in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Fatima has 3.5 years experience as an ABA Therapist, supporting children with speech delays, academic and independence challenges. She has just started her training and work as a PBS Therapist and can offer either or both VB-ABA and PBS to Leapfrog clients. 

Fatima says “Working with children with learning disabilities allows me to make a meaningful impact by helping them overcome challenges and unlock their full potential. Each child is unique, and the opportunity to develop personalised strategies that support their learning and emotional growth is incredibly rewarding.”
