Our Supervisors
Natalie, our company owner, can provide clinical supervision for PBS staff, Behaviour Analysts and VB-ABA Consultants for professionals accruing BCBA hours, UKBA competencies and/or PBS level 6 or 7 course. She can also provide peer supervision for qualified professionals looking for additional support and development. Her clinical supervision is appropriate for staff working in homes, nurseries, schools, community access, adult day settings, adult social care and children’s social care. She is passionate about neuro-affirming care, values led services, quality of life focus, skill development/achievement and creative application and individualisation of evidence based strategies. Natalie is also autistic herself and can provide a unique personal perspective when guiding her supervisees to support individuals from a neuro-affirming approach.
How is Clinical Supervision carried out?
Our Senior staff can offer regular video call supervision sessions and additional support with documentation. This may include reading and feedback on documents the supervisee has compiled, as well as sharing Leapfrog templates for inspiration and use. In person observations and support can also be arranged at request.
NB: we offer special lower rates for charitable organisations and professionals who are self-funding their own supervision. Please get in touch for a quote.
